DELIVERY INFO

Luggage Travel Bags offers free standard delivery on all orders to Mainland UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10am on the same day; however during busy times (such as the summer holidays and the Christmas period), this may be extended by a further day. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following working day. Standard delivery is 2 working days after dispatch date.

Alternatively, if you want your item in a hurry, please select ‘Express Delivery’ at the checkout. Express deliveries will be dispatched the same working day if placed before the 10am cut-off point, and will be delivered the following day (Monday-Saturday). Express orders placed after the 10am cut-off point on working days (and orders placed at weekends and bank holidays) will be dispatched the following working day for 24-hour delivery.

We use Hermes as our delivery courier. Their delivery times are Monday-Saturdays, 8am to 8pm. Unfortunately Hermes do not provide an exact delivery time slot.

Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item

If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.

Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control, and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

How long have I got to return an item?

You can change your mind up to 30 days after purchasing from us.

Collection Services

We also offer a collection service from our distribution warehouse in Barking, Essex. If you’d like to pick up your item from us then please place your order and give us notice via email that you wish to collect your item. We require 2 hours notice for a pickup, and can only be made between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please bring a copy of your invoice with you as well as a form of ID.

What do I do if I want to return my item?

If you have simply changed your mind then please send us an email via the contact us page on our website and we’ll give you our returns address for you to organise the return delivery. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, and My Hermes will be your best value means of doing so.

Please note that returns postage will be at the customers own cost. In the event of a product with a manufacturing fault, we will arrange pick up for you.
